Do you love your job? Our people do. Maybe it's because we lead our market, maybe it's because they can use the in-house gym, perhaps it's the support they get from their colleagues, or maybe it's just because they know this is a great place to work, that gives proper training, proper wages, and the potential for long-term careers.
We currently have vacancies for people young and old, working mums or dads, part-time flexible workers or full-timers, in the following roles:
If you think you have what it takes, or are just curious, email your CV and a covering letter telling us what you are passionate about, to firstname.lastname@example.org.
But if the job you want is not listed, and you think you could be an asset to us, helping to deliver our nationwide customers with the highest level of service, or you think we are missing a trick, get in touch anyway telling us why email@example.com.
Common to all our careers is a year round job (so not affected by tourist dates!) with excellent training, ongoing support, use of in-house company gym, competitive salary, days out (recent ones have included karting and horse racing), 4 weeks holiday, Christmas and New Year shutdown, phones, tablets, and our commitment to help you achieve your true potential.
At Continental it's not what you've done in the past, but what you're passionate about doing in the future that really matters to us.
I’ve worked for Continental for over six years now, starting out as a Technical Sales Adviser.
Thinking the grass was greener elsewhere, I left the company after three years. I soon realised it wasn’t, and was welcomed back with open arms to Continental Underfloor.
Since then, I have worked my way up to Regional Sales Manager, as Continental Underfloor really see my potential.
I have a great family, a great job and couldn’t be happier.
I love my job.
After completing my A-levels in IT and Maths, I’d had enough of education, and started looking for work. After doing some part-time work for my dad (a builder), I decided to pursue my career.
Meeting the General Manager for the first time was daunting, as it was my first interview. However, I got a real sense that the company wanted to give me this opportunity.
I started out in a sales role, and had an intensive four-week training programme. This gave me the confidence to pick up the phone and speak to customers. IT was still my real love, but the sales training was teaching me new skills. After two months I was offered the chance to work on the company website – and haven’t looked back since.
Two years later, I’m in charge of IT support, run national marketing campaigns and work closely with the Chairman and Operations Director. Continental Underfloor has helped me to achieve my dreams – and sometimes I still have to pinch myself.
I love my job.
I've worked for Continental Underfloor for 15 years, and the company has become very special to me. I started in despatch and worked my way up through the ranks to Operations Director and second-in-line to our MD!
When I moved to Cornwall from Leicester, I knew I needed to find a company that would enable me to grow and settle. I found exactly that in Continental Underfloor. 15 years on, I have a successful job, a beautiful wife and child, and live in (in my opinion) the best place in England.
Along the way I have learned that the only obstacle to anything is yourself; and as long as you're positive you can achieve anything in life.
Life just wouldn’t be the same for me (or my colleagues) without Continental Underfloor...
I love my job.
I’m a young mother with two children, and I’ve worked for Continental for the past six years. After university, my children became my priority, and I worked as the accountant for my parents’ business.
As my girls grew up, I wanted to get back into a career and find a role that would challenge me. However, I knew I would need flexibility to work around my daughters’ needs. The signs were good when I attended the interview at Continental, as the team and environment made me feel at ease.
I started in a junior admin and accounts position, which fitted in around my hours. However, in a short space of time my attention to detail and diligence propelled to Finance Director – it really has been an amazing journey.
I am now in the enviable position of having a challenging career while still having lots of time for my kids.
I love my job.
