OneBoard® is a suspended floor solution that can be installed directly on any type of joist system replacing the normal structural boards. OneBoard® allows the incorporation of the underfloor system within the floor deck, resulting in minimum floor build height.
The composite chipboard panel with heat dissipation foil offers excellent output and response, and is suitable for all heat sources. The system is ideal for both new build and retrofit installations.

The AluPlate™ fit-from-above system is part of our suspended floor systems, and is typically installed from above between traditional joists at 400mm spacing. AluPlate™ fit-from-above system clips our 16mm pipe in position, ensuring excellent surface contact with the pipe and the floor deck. This maximises heat transfer and performance.
The system is incorporated within the floor construction and therefore does not affect the finished floor height. The AluPlate™ fit-from-above system is covered with the load-bearing floor deck, which can then be covered with your choice of flooring.

AluPlate™ fit-from-below is part of our suspended floor systems,which allows the system to be installed from below. This could be either during construction (typically where composite joists, I-beams or steel web joists are used), or as part of a renovation where access from below is available.
AluPlate™ fit-from-below plates are versatile and allow for all joist spacings, letting you install single, double, and triple pipe runs, maximizing design and performance.

The PUG / dry mix floor system for suspended floors is a simple and cost-effective method of maximising the heat output and thermal capacity that can be lost with a suspended floor.
The system is installed from above, and can either be laid within the floor construction, or between battens above an existing floor where height permits. The system uses readily available and familiar materials, making it a simple and low-cost solution.
