We know that sometimes jobs can’t wait weeks for a delivery slot without causing costly delays, which is why when we were contacted by a customer in London who needed pipes without delay, we were only too happy to help.
Our customer was part-way through an extensive property refurbishment, which involved replacing outdated radiators with a screeded underfloor heating (UFH) system. But time was tight and the screed was being laid within just a few days, so they needed a supplier who could get flexible UFH pipe, that would be quick and easy to lay, to site without delay.
We recommended our SUPERflex™-16 pipe, which is an extremely flexible product designed specifically for UFH. SUPERflex™ has a bend radius of less than 100mm, making it quick and easy to install with far less chance of pipes kinking and needing to be replaced. SUPERflex™ also has a 50+ year lifespan, so our customer could fit the pipe and bury it in the screed safe in the knowledge that it would continue to work year after year.
Once the order had been placed, we were able to deliver the pipe quickly, allowing him to install the pipe within a day, ready for the screeders to come in and lay the floor the very next day.
